In this world where multi-intelligent algorithms are invading us exponentially, I vindicate myself by trying to perpetuate the stele that human beings have been so good at since the beginning of time: storytelling. I hope and pray that algorithms do not end up replacing us also in the development of imagination, because without stories to tell ... what will we be left with?
This is my messianic struggle, as a screenwriter and filmmaker who has been living in Geneva for a long time. One day I came from Spain to shoot a film, thinking that I would return immediately, and I still haven't come back. I had lived in different European cities before, including granada, where I studied philology (well, I spent more time enjoying tapas than studying), and Barcelona, where I ventured into the world of cinema, doing a course specialized in filmmaking and editing, and finishing a master's degree in film theory and criticism.
I have written and directed two feature films and several short films, selected in several festivals in Europe, USA and Asia. For 11 years I have been working in the world of advertising, as a creative conceiver, copywriter, scriptwriter and director, specialized in the lux universe.
What else about me. I also teach audiovisual writing, and as I said, my purpose in life, which is also my passion, is to give free rein to the imagination and tell intriguing stories, stories that make us dream of other worlds, that claim the magic of emotions united by music, sound, acting, sets, rhythm and a myriad of creative elements under the mantle of the cinematographic illusion, "La grande illusion".
